Full-Time Forklift Operator in Guelph
Job Description
Love driving? Are you interested in working in the automotive industry? Located on 65 Independence place in Guelph- Randstad is currently hiring Forklift Operators for their VIP automotive client to start immediately. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals to join our team.
Shift times:
We have straight afternoon or night shifts available. No rotation!
PAY RATE $19.70/HR + (SHIFT PREMIUM APPLIES ON AFTERNOON $0.45 AND NIGHTS $0.75)
Sunday Night- Thurs Night (Night Shift) 1130pm-730am
Monday-Friday (Day Shift) 3pm-11pm
What will you be doing?
-Forklift Operation
-Checking forklift for any safety hazards
-Feeding a fast paced production line with materials
-Working successfully in a team towards achieving a common goal
-Moving materials within the plant to help others
-Abiding by all health and safety regulations
-Must be comfortable driving indoors and outdoors

Qualifications
Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE Valid external forklift license/VALID IN HOUSE CERTIFICATION along with the below:
– MUST HAVE 5 years of recent years experience driving forklift/forklift operation
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
-comfortable standing for long periods of time
-comfortable with repetitive work
-comfortable working in outdoor conditions
-good written and verbal communication skills
